Seminar overview

Resilience is key if we want to achieve a positive, self-assured working dynamic. It’s a powerful quality that we can personally build and develop over time, and supplies us with the tools we need to make decisive progress, overcome failure and foster a strong cooperative working environment. Development of resilience leads to a more open communication and discourse between colleagues and peers, because true resilience is achieved when one can openly and happily accept and give feedback, be it positive or negative.

This seminar covers many of the factors that contribute to resilience, among them: a positive attitude, optimism, the ability to regulate emotions and the ability to address the negative connotations associated with failure. We provide practical advice and exercises that can be applied even when our lives seem too busy.
