We live in a world overloaded with misinformation when it comes to the topic of living a healthy lifestyle, but the model for healthy living is already out there in the Blue Zones. Blue Zones are geographic areas in which people have low rates of chronic disease and live much longer than average, they’re home to some of the oldest and healthiest people in the world today.

In this seminar we reveal what people living in Blue Zones are doing to achieve these extraordinarily long lives and how we can apply these lessons into our own busy routines. Because although lifestyles throughout The Blue Zone differ slightly, there are some very strong recurring themes that tie these regions together: They mostly eat a plant-based diet, they exercise regularly, drink moderate amounts of alcohol, get enough sleep and have good spiritual, family and social networks. We look at how to increase our good years of life, and reduce the bad.
